Caring for Your Handcrafted Swarovski® Crystal Creation

Thank you for choosing one of our handcrafted crystal creations. Every piece is individually handcrafted in Canada using genuine Swarovski® Flatback Crystals and is a one-of-a-kind collectible. Each crystal is carefully handset to create a unique work of art. With proper care, your creation will retain its brilliance and beauty for many years to come.

Handle With Care

Although Swarovski® crystals are exceptionally durable, they are not indestructible. Please handle your creation gently and avoid dropping, striking, or placing unnecessary pressure on the crystal surfaces. Careful handling will help maintain the beauty and integrity of your handcrafted piece.

Keep Dry

Avoid exposing your creation to excessive moisture or prolonged contact with water. Keep it away from perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, household cleaners, solvents, and other chemicals, as these products may affect the crystals, their finish, or the adhesive used during the handcrafting process.

Cleaning

To keep your Swarovski® crystal creation looking its best, gently wipe the surface with a soft microfiber cloth. If additional cleaning is required, lightly dampen the microfiber cloth with clean water and gently wipe the surface. Immediately dry the item with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.

Microfiber cloths are recommended because they are non-abrasive and help prevent scratching while restoring the brilliant sparkle of the crystals.

Do not soak your creation or use chemical cleaners, alcohol, glass cleaners, abrasive products, paper towels, or rough fabrics, as these may damage the crystal finish or affect the adhesive securing the crystals.

Storage

When your creation is not being displayed or enjoyed, store it in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and high humidity.

Whenever possible, store your piece separately from jewelry, keys, coins, or other hard objects to help prevent scratches, chips, or unnecessary wear.

Everyday Use

Many of our creations begin as functional items that have been transformed into crystal artwork. While they are designed to be admired and enjoyed, they should always be treated with reasonable care.

Please remember:

Collectible Golf Balls are decorative display pieces only and are not intended for playing golf.

Avoid impacts or rough handling that could loosen or damage the crystals.

Protect crystal-covered surfaces from rubbing against hard or abrasive materials.
